  2. What is Ultram? • Ultram is an opioid analgesic, which comprises of generic Tramadol hydrochloride as a dynamic active component. This medicine is used for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. It is a very potent and efficient medication for treating all types of pain.

  7. Prescribed Dose of Ultram 100mg • For getting relief from pain you should administer an initial dose of 25mg along with a glass of water and after that the dose can be increased gradually as per the requirement. The maximum dose of this medicine should not exceed more than 400mg in a day.
