The DSR Office Plans • SMALL OFFICE PLAN: >350 Leads per year Total 2 hours per month • DSR will travel to office once every other month for a 3 hour visit. They will conduct office hours & presents the WLN template with the office manager. Office Support breakdown: • OFFICE HOUR SUPPORT: • 2 Hours once a month, every other month • Off months conduct 1 hour con call w- manager • MEETING TEMPLATE & CALL SESSION SUPPORT: • 1 Hour every other month for conducting office meeting • Breaks down to 30 minutes a month • Office managers will conduct their own call session • Around 2 hours per month
The DSR Office Plans • MEDIUM OFFICE PLAN: 350-700 Lead per year Total 6 hours per month • Every other week the DSR will hold a 2 hour office session. The DSR will also assist the manager in conducting their WLN team meeting and call session. Details broken out below: • OFFICE HOUR SUPPORT: • Every other week - 2 hour office visit (in person) = 4 hours a month • MEETING TEMPLATE & CALL SESSION SUPPORT: • 1.5 hours a month allocated for conducting office meeting or call session • Break Down: • 2 hours per call session (6 per year) • 1 for office WLN meeting (6 per year) • Around 6 hours of DSR support per month
The DSR Office Plans • LARGE OFFICE PLAN: 700-1800 Leads per year Total 10 hours per month • DSR will conduct office hours every week for 2 hours. The DSR will also present the WLN template along with the office manager and co-host bi-monthly call session. • OFFICE HOUR SUPPORT: • Weekly 2 hour office visit = around 8 hours per month • MEETING TEMPLATE & CALL SESSION SUPPORT: • 1.5 hours a month allocated for conducting office meeting or call session • Break Down: • 2 hours per call session • 1 for office WLN meeting • Around 10 hours of DSR support per month
The DSR Office Plans • X-LARGE OFFICE PLAN: 1900 + Leads per year Total 26 hours per month • OFFICE HOUR SUPPORT: • 2 Weekly 2 hour office visits = 16 hours a month • 8 additional monthly Hours of extra phone support to central, RVP and office communication • 1.5 hours a month allocated for conducting office meeting or call session • Break Down: • 2 hours per call session • 1 for office WLN meeting • Around 26 hours of DSR support per month
The DSR Office Plans • Definition of Office hours: 1-8 hours a week per office, varying by office size. • Open door to LS’s, address weekly questions & concerns Review office Portal reports with office Manager, make suggestions. • Review leads sent to inactive & discuss with manager & LS • Update office WLN Success tracker & Promotion board hanging in office • Speak with new agents out of fast track & recruit to build WLN bench • Review rotation & make sure office maintains minimum # of active LS’s • Post & Communicate WLN updates • Encourage office to make trip to central for WLN Call center
The DSR Office Plans Definition of Office Meeting: Conduct Monthly LS office meeting, present template (1 ½ hours) & holding call session (2 ½ hours) DSR will present template in multiple offices a week, account for set up & break down time DSR will conduct bi-monthly WLN companywide call sessions for office, might combine 2 local offices to do call session together at one location. The smaller lead volume offices will have their call session conducted by sales manager. DSM will train the manager via webinar on how to conduct session.
The DSR Office Plans • Assumptions: • All LS’s will be encouraged to bring all urgent matters to the office managers & the WLN help desk. • DSR’s will not be available for phone support to the LS’s. WLN will provide a $10.00 a month phone allowance to cover any cell phone contact needed with central. • Any office matter that cannot be resolved by the help desk or office manager will be escalated to the inside support team; Help Desk & DSM. They will address and resolve with DSR involvement. • Based on 50 work weeks in the year
