  1. EVLT - Meaning, Benefits and Procedure What exactly is EVLT? EVLT or EndoVenous Laser Treatment, is a minimally invasive procedure to treat varicose veins. It is considered a safe, effective and fast procedure that restores veins to their original state, thereby improving quality of life. How the procedure is carried out? EVLT uses laser energy, a highly concentrated beam of light, to target the affected tissue with supreme precision so not to cause harm to the surrounding tissues.
