  3. SPRAY-DOWN APPLICATION PREPARE YOUR SURFACE PRIME WITH A PRIMER APPLY YOUR BASE COAT (GRAY OR WHITE) TROWEL OR SQUEEGEE YOUR BASE COAT COVERING THE ENTIRE SURFACE 60 POUNDS COVERS UP TO 56 SQUARE FEET AT 1/8” THICK

  4. STENCIL ALLOW BASE COAT TO DRY THOROUGHLY LAY THE FIRST PIECE OF STENCIL ALL STENCIL SHOULD BE PLACED “MEMORY-SIDE” DOWN

  5. OPTION ONE: STENCIL SPRAY ADDITIONAL BASE COAT IN AREAS WHERE THE STENCIL NEEDS TO BE WEIGHTED DOWN FURTHER REPEAT UNTIL THE ENTIRE STENCIL IS DOWN

  6. COLOR COAT/TOP COAT COLORPAX • DRY PIGMENT • PRE-MEASURED • MIXES DIRECTLY INTO OVERLAY MIX LIQUID COLOR • LIQUID PIGMENT • MIXES DIRECTLY INTO OVERLAY MIX

  7. APPLYING COLOR COAT IF BASE COAT IS DRY, RE-APPLY PRIMER WITH PUMP SPRAYER APPLY THE TOP COAT MIXED WITH THE DESIRED COLORANTS (LIQUID COLOR OR COLORPAX) SPRAY THE TOPCOAT TO ACHIEVE THIN, EVEN COVERAGE NO ADDITIONAL TEXTURING IS REQUIRED

  8. PULLING YOUR STENCIL REMOVE STENCIL AS SOON AS THE OVERLAY CHIPS FREELY FROM THE STENCIL (SAME-DAY) USE A WIRE BRUSH TO DETAIL JOINTS DO NOT LEAVE STENCIL IN OVERNIGHT

  9. CLEAN & SEAL CHIPS MAY BE BLOWN OFF WITH LEAF BLOWER SEAL TO THE OVERLAY MANUFACTURER’S SPECIFICATIONS
