Histoire : • M et Mme Ghiloniont décidé d’aménager leurs combles perdus pour y consacrer un espace ouvert de loisirs, de jeux, de repos en couple ou entre amis. • Objectif : • Créer un grand espace de détente avec : • un billard • un salon télé • un bar Ambiance / Décoration : Colorée et chaleureuse. L’objectif était de créer un maximum de fenêtres de toit pour en faire un endroit lumineux tout en conservant le charme des sous pentes. Aspect technique : Transformation de la charpente, pose du plancher, pose des fenêtres de toit, isolation, platerie, cloisonnement, électricité, chauffage électrique, escalier sur mesure. Fenêtres de toit Velux : 9 fenêtres de toit ont été installées : 1 GGU confort 55X98, 2 GHL confort 78X118, 3 GHL grand confort 78X118 ainsi que 3 GIL grand confort 78X98. Qui a réalisé les travaux ?
