Introduction Cubility is offering full scale fluid and solids control testing at its state-of-the-art TestCenter in Sandnes. • Perform basic fluid analysis at our mud lab, set up various test equipment in the technical rooms and store equipment and material in the warehouse.   • Take advantage of our well equipped workshop with crane capabilities and adjacent offices and meeting rooms. • If you have any questions, a member of our experienced mechanical team is always standing by.

  3. Features Cubility’s TestCenter is equipped with a full scale mud system for simulation of an offshore drilling operation. It handles all conventional drilling fluids, including format mud and can be fitted with any type of shaker and sensors. The system consists of the following components: • Control room for remote operation of the equipment • Test cabin with a MudCube • HVAC system for the “shale shaker cabin” • One (1) vacuum tank • Four (4) mud transfer pumps with different capacities • Steamarator (steam generator), which supplies steam to the heat exchanger for heating of the mud • Test two different fluids in the system at the same time (limited volumes)

Features • Video surveillance • Test cabin with the possibility to install a shale shaker or similar • QuickMix cuttings injection/circulation system • Two (2) PVT 400 vacuum pumps • Heat exchanger • Big piping system with various routing possibilities. The dimensions of themain lines are 6” and the system is equipped with remote-operated valves.

Additional Opportunities • The TestCenter provides opportunities to test a variety of equipment, such as pumps and valves. • Different types of instruments can also be tested - they can be placed inline in • the existing piping or as an external test loop. • The max flow can be tested with or without the addition of cuttings • The HVAC system in the test cabin has a capacity of 12 000 m3/h and is • adjustable.

  6. Testing Capabilities • Electricity: 230/440/690 volt • Flow: Up to 2638 l/min + 800 l/min from the cuttings injection system • Cuttings injection/circulation: 4 – 24 000 tons/h and 800 l/min of liquid/mud. • Volume up to 20 m3 • Temperature up to 70°C • Pressure up to 8 bar
