Majority of current ISP companies in Trinidad and Tobago have gravitated toward the urban areas. • A Digital divide created between rural and urban areas. • Trinidad & Tobago divided into 12 blocks, 6 Baskets, 1 for each BWA Provider. • Must be selected to give balance between Rural/Urban areas

  3. Development with Internet • Graphical representation of Data via GeoCharts • Block locations can be viewed with parameters such as DAI, No. of Households as well as Area (km2) • Automatically determines best possible Baskets using our unique sorting algorithm
