The Details • Designed to have 21 two person rooms with huge windows (10 meters deep in some) • Underwater diving center in the hotel • The hotel will not be fully anchored to the ground and will be able to rotate • Structure above ground will offer a spa, garden, and pools. • The hotel can surface for repairs or in case of evacuation in 15mins – 12 hours (adjustable) • Project costs will range from $50-120 million
