From previous meetings • News from UK: • Flavour Review (LHCb, SuperB, NA62, muon factory...) happened in Birmingham in mid-July http://conference.ippp.dur.ac.uk/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=273 • very good talk by Isidori ! • NA62 received very good comments • Report expected by September to funding agents • Then our request will be re-considered • UK plans in the meantime: • Technical Design in preparation, as best as we can given current knowledge • DCS document being updated • Continue tests of photo-detectors in Birmingham (including RICH PMTs and NINO) • Bristol applied for seed-corn funding to test MCP-PMTs • TELL1+TDC just received: electronic tests will start soon in Birm • Liverpool will produce technical design of mechanics • Input from Bristol ray-tracing of optics
