  2. 一. 主題 • 文件轉存資料庫軟體 • 企劃目標：設計一個軟體，可以自動將具有相同格式的文件或是檔案，依照使用者的需求存入資料庫內，以達到節省時間和保存資料的目的

  3. 二. 企劃需求 • Windows作業系統 • 乙太網路 • Pentium-based PC computer

  4. 三. 企劃內容 • 針對相同格式文件。 EX：E-MAIL • 軟體基本功能。 • 人性化的介面。

  5. 四. 工作流程 使用者 → 資料轉存程式 → 連結到資料庫 → 選取資料 ↓ 完成作業 ← 顯示進度 ← 進行轉存作業 ↓ ↓ 顯示更新完成資料 If 發生錯誤 ↓ 紀錄錯誤

  6. 五. 問題點與溝通協調事項 • 以電子郵件來說，當我們的E-MAIL在Microsoft Exchange Server的管理下，轉存其中的內容到資料庫裡面是否能夠發揮正常的效能？ • 還是會被Exchange Server的管理限制了應有的速度？

  7. 六. 效應評估 • 越嚴謹、有制度的公司越是如此，文件的分類有相當多的種類，而且都具有一定的格式

  8. 完結 • 能夠在公司裡在多多學習日新月異的知識，並學以致用，完成所需的工作
