  3. Recycling • Generally €3 a bin per collection • Fortnightly, 4 bins are left out for collection but they are not efficiently filled.

  4. Refuse • Pay by weight • Invoices from 31.08.12 – 30.06.13 = €0.385 per kg • Invoice 31.07.13 = €0.395 per kg
