  7. Some quick research • How many of you have cut staff posts? • How many of you have cut projects or services? • How many of you are dipping into reserves? • How many of you are using more volunteers? • How many of you are developing new projects or services?

Social value in Oxfordshire • Small working group set up by OSCA • Starting point Social Value Act 2012: Consider the economic, social and environmental well being of the relevant area and apply this to the procurement process • The Compact states that Government will ensure that social, environmental and economic value forms a standard part of designing, developing and delivering policies, programmes and services. • Working group has drafted a list of ideas we want to consult on.
