Tribe Traditions • Sometimes they used acorns • Sometimes they used rock • They used clay and jewelry.
What did they eat • They ate plants, mountain sheep, bison, antelope and they also had stones for grinding seeds. They also had nets for catching rabbits. They even ate seeds and berries also corn, beans and squash.
Where did they live • They lived across much of Utah (as far as Cedar City)-often in rugged places. But they knew how to make the most of where they lived. Depending on the situation, they hunted and gathered or they farmed, or they did both. And they lived in pithouses. They were built partly underground.
How did they dress • Buffalo hide for the fur to keep them warm. • They also used antelope hide. • They even wore robes, breech clouts and other clothing. • Garments, feather, and fur blankets for even more warmth.
Famous people We don’t know any famous people because they don’t have a famous record.
Contributions • Use seeds to grow food. • Clothing they use to help the tribe. • They had lots of supplies for thereselves.
How big is the tribe • We think they live in big tribes independently big villages. They live in the Fremont tribe and they have lots of fredom.
