Solving Systems Using Matrices 3 x 3 Systems are difficult enough. What if you had a system of 100 equations and 100 unknowns?!!!
What is a matrix? A matrix is a collection of numbers arranged in rows and columns. Matrices will allow us to just work the operations on the coefficients of our variables and temporarily dispense with the variables.
