  17. Current Activities (3) Field Experimentation • Feb 09 – solar, wind, hybrid power observations with NPS and SOCOM • Aug 09 –GIS mashup, with NRT updates: Development Seed, Open Street Map, Sahana, MindTel, Google, InSTEDD and others • Contributed to election monitoring in Afghanistan
