Hand Tracking - Using Active Shape Models Andreas Rishede Hyllested (arh@itu.dk) Martin Wallengren Nilsson (mwn@itu.dk) The goal of the project is to enable real-time tracking of a hand in front of a monitor. By determining the position of a hand the intention is to replace the touch screen with a cheap substitute: The Poor Man's Touch Screen.
