  3. Introduction • Develop e a system to making a sale bills and also maintain the goods . • Which system keep the record of its Product and Company Information. • In Company Billing System ,first the system create a new company information and store the record.

  4. Introduction(continue) • In Company Billing System, when the first sale bill will make by the system before that user have to specify the current condition of the product. • Detail of the Product in Bill 1. How many product is there. 2. Rate of the Product. 3. Qty. Sold and left.

  5. Features • It also provide further Function Like: 1. View Product in different Modes (One by one) View and Tabular View (all product at once). 2. Search product by its ID and Name. 3. Inform you in which product there is no item. 4. Information of the Size use by the Company and the Product. 5. Updating of the Product. 6. Reset Product and Company Info.

  6. Limitations of project • Data Insecurity : As the data is stored in C++language, it does not provide any security in it. We cannot provide any security facility to the data stored in the C++ language. So the data stored in the C++ language can be retrieving by any person and can get data about the product or sales of company. So there is no facility to store the private data in the database. • Difficulty in Maintenance of Records : The problem occurs when the information about some old Sale Bills is required. It may involve searching through bundles of Records of previous year & still chances may be there of misplacement & inability to get the required information in time.

Tools & Technology used for System • (1) HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SYSTEM: Minimum Configuration : • To run the project in the computer the minimum configuration required is as below: • Pentium processor at 90 MHz or higher. • 16 MB RAM. • 80 MB available in Hard-Disk. • Monitor. [ 640 x 480 Display ] • Keyboard. • Mouse. • Software used in designing (code) of the system: • Operating System : Windows 95 or NT or superior • Application Software : Turbo C
