Call for proposals inputs 1. Focus at the national level “Support to national projects to test and develop ECVET” KEY words:partnership, networking, mutual trust Social needs C O L O RCOmpetency and Learning Outcomes Recognition for migrants Recognizing of migrants work experience and LO If not competences remain unused and risk devaluing. Focus on two sectors: healthcare and construction. 2. Stable technical progresses for ECVET implementation Application of ECVET tecnical specifications KEY words:adaptation of qualifications, assessment processes, ecc.
COLOR Project: focus COLOR aims at satisfying specific requirements related to competency valorisation and LO recognition for migrants towards formal qualifications (or parts of them) two specific sectors: healthcare (family care and home care)and construction 11 qualifications (based on both national and regional standards) EQF level 3 represents the “basic” level of qualifications to enter the Italian Labour Market. COLOR focuses on
COLOR Project : outputs CO.L.O.R. will put into practice ECVET mechanisms to achieve: • qualifications adapted (in terms of LO) and tested on the basis of shared and tested transferable methods; • assessment, validation and recognition processes defined; • testing activities carried out (including a Repertory of case studies) to assess the transferability of the recognition processes in a trans-sectorial dimension; • a Memorandum of Understanding on ECVET-related issues among the Italian Regions involved aimed at promoting a wider use of the project results and transfer of its results into mainstream policies.
