Goals and Objectives of the Workshop Participants will be instructed on the brief history of the ESC, and SWM Acts and regulations, and the impact of the 2012 Integration Bill on SWM Act and the 2011 Stormwater Management Regulations and its effect on local governments, state agencies and other stakeholders in future development of land in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Participants will learn what elements of a local VESCP and VSMP will be required and what their responsibilities will be to implement the program and regulate certain land disturbing activities.
CEUs/CUs This is a 6 hour training workshop and is worth 0.6 CEUs. Make sure you sign in on the registration form and indicate that you need to CEUs.
