He then ventured back as Sous Chef with Pascale at Gaston until he found his new position as Head Chef at Noosa Beach House, Peter Kuruvita. After being in this role for the past 2 years they have decided to combine their knowledge of the hospitality industry and work together so they can spend more time together as a young family. About Woody and Rebecca met and fell in love 15 years ago in Hervey Bay and have just started their little family with Luca (3years) and Meila (1year). What they offer They moved to Noosa roughly 10 years ago and both worked at Ricky’s River Bar and Restaurant. Woody as Chef de Parte and Rebecca as the bar manager. With their combined passion for quality fresh food sourced from local suppliers they are able to cater small private dinners or dinner parties in your home. They can cater your next corporate event or even your Wedding. They specialize in tailoring the menu’s to suit you exactly so you get the satisfaction of getting exactly what YOU want on the day. Travelling Australia a little over 7 years ago, they worked at all their stops throughout the adventure, picking up local knowledge and learning new skills; finally coming back and settle down in Brisbane. Woody began working at Urbane in Brisbane city as well as Restaurant 2 as Chef De Partie; Rebecca began studying Interior Design and Decoration. After completing studies in 2011, Woody and Rebecca heard Noosa calling again andbought their first home in 2011. Woody began working again for Rebecca states “We are truly grateful and feel humbled for having the opportunity to work with our clients and having them feel contented and satisfied at each event we cater.”
