Leader in early childhood education since 1968 • Agency Affiliation: Catholic Health Services-Archdiocese of Miami • Provide services to close to 1,000 children in four sites: • Centro Mater East 418 S.W. 4th Street, Miami • Centro Mater West 8298 N.W.103rd Street, Hialeah Gardens • Centro Mater West II 7700 N.W. 98 Street, Hialeah Gardens • Centro Mater Walker Park 800 West 29th Street, Hialeah
Centro Mater East • Provide services to 429children: infant/toddler, pre-school, school age • Total staff: 60 • 41 teaching staff, 2 administrative, 27 supporting staff.
Centro Mater West • Provide services to 253 children: infant/toddlers, pre-school, school age. • Total staff:44 • 28 teaching staff, 2 administrative,14 supporting services.
Centro Mater West II • Provide services to 290 children: pre-school and school age • Total staff:28 • 24 teaching staff, 4 supporting staff.
Centro Mater Walker Park • Provide services to 80 children: pre-school • Total staff: 14 • 8 teaching staff, 6 supporting staff.

SOCIAL SERVICES-Provided 2008 • 452 families were referred to an on going source of medical services. • 417 children received immunizations and physical examination. • 43 children were diagnosed and received medical treatment. • 20 children received mental health services • All the children received Nutritional assessments including height and weight BMI • 43 children were diagnosed with a disability and 32 had an Individual Education Plan
351 CHILDREN RECEIVED DENTAL HEALTH SCREENINGS, AND FLOURIDE VARNISH TREATMENTS FREE OF CHARGE
