  5. Contact Manager Wizard Clicking the Next or Back buttons allows you to navigate through the Vertical Menu items in the Left Navigation Pane. After entering contact information and clicking save you are moved to the Contact Manager Wizard. Indicated by the next buttons in the top right corner.   6. Adding a Search to a Contact You can either create a new search or select an existing search. For this overview we will create a new search. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

  7. Adding a Search to a Contact Choose your search class Enter your search criteria and click Search. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

  8. Saving the Search On this screen you can also add the results set to a Listing Cart. From the Spread sheet you can e-mail listings, print, get driving directions and more. To save your search, click Save Search in the upper left corner. This saves the search and moves you to the next section of the Contact Manager Wizard.   9. Saved Search Activity E-mail Notification sets up the same way as in Paragon 4 (as seen in the next slide.) Client Connect works with e-mail notification, creating a website for clients to view listings. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

  11. View and Manage Contacts Select the plus sign on a row to open the corresponding Contact to show details for Saved Searches, E-mail Notifications or Client Connect activity for each Saved Search for the contact record. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

  12. Auto E-mail Notification If you know how to do something in Paragon 4, you already know how to do it in Paragon 5. E-mail notification works the same as in Paragon 4. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

What is Client Connect? • Client Connect is a new way for an Agents clients to view listings sent to them from Paragon. • When a saved search finds listings for a customer, the listings are sent to a Client Connect webpage. • Customers go to the Client Connect page, log in, and view the Listings online. • They can decide which are Favorites, Possible, or Rejects.   14. Client Connect • When a customer takes action on their page of listings, you will be notified via email. • When they “comment” on a listing, Agents will be notified via e-mail. Agents will be able to return comments. • E-mail notification of “actions taken” will be available to both Agents and Clients. • See the Quick Start Guide or Video for more. • Auto-Email of listings is still available.   15. Client Connect with Auto Notification When setting up your first customer on Client Connect, this screen appears. After the link is set up, this screen will not appear again. It is recommended you use the tag suggested by Paragon. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

Switches between Horizontal view, (shown)Vertical View, Detail View and Print. Assignment Buttons, to move the listing to Favorites, Possible or Reject.   20. With Client Connect, Auto Notification does something a little different. With Client Connect, Auto Notification now notifies both the Customer and the Agent of any activity on the Saved Search, or the Client Connect site.
