ICASSP 2014 florence, 25th – 30th may 2014 preliminary planning Expected 2500 attendees May 25 (Sunday) 4 tutorials in the afternoon All tutorials free attendance with proof of student status May 26 (Monday) 8 tutorials - 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon 8 parallelhalf-day workshops Workshops are selected upon open call on specific hot topics and have a broader coverage and scope than special sessions. They are opened by a tutorial presentation by a distinguished speaker followed by oral presentations, and may also feature a final panel discussion led by the organizers
