  5. Do You Desire To Be a Slave? Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.“ Mark 10:43-45

  6. Freedom in Christ Means Servitude to His Cause Humility Submission Meekness

  7. A Slave For Christ = Submission ….children in submission ….1 Timothy 3:4 …submit …to every ordinance of man…1 Peter 2:13 …be submissive to your masters…..1 Peter 2:18 …be submissive to your own husbands…1 Peter 3:1

  8. A Slave For Christ Submission to the Will and Word of God Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. James 1:21

A Slave For Christ Submission to the Church Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God. Ephesians 5:19-21

  11. A Slave For Christ Submission to the Oversight of the Church Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you. Hebrews 13:17

But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more…….'And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church.   13. Likely, at some point in your Walk of Faith you will be told something you don’t like or don’t want to hear…..

  14. How you react in that moment may expose your heart: “No one tells me what to do!” John 9:34 “So what if the Bible says it?” John 8:43 “Who made you the boss of me?” Exodus 2:14
