  2. Observations • Need to get the third parties to present at the next face to face meeting • Authentication is important but is outside of scope • We know an overall schema won’t work • Need a layer of common infrastructure that tax applications need to take advantage of

Goal • The goal of TASC is to Identify and share: • The high-level business process models for the different domains (direct, indirect, peripheral activities and G2G) • Best practices and lessons learned • Work already underway - pilots between different jurisdictions and vendors • Common standards, recommendations, specifications and guidelines • Influences that impact the interfaces between tax authorities and third-party applications • Development tools and their direction • Underlying architectural components
