Oklahoma Agricultural Education Funding • Agricultural Education programs in Oklahoma are 12 month programs (no exceptions) • Comprehensive High School Ag Ed programs are funded with a total of $14,232 per year/per teacher
Funding • $2400 Salary reimbursement (bonus for being careertech) • $6420 Program Assistance Grant (program operating funds) • $5412 Summer Salary Reimbursement (covers a first year teacher’s 2 month summer salary) Note: The school is essentially out the cost of a 10 month teacher. In reality it is more than that; however, any quality program is locally funded as such.)
