Healing for the Hurting • Bruised reed = is a damaged reed • Smoking wick = is nearly extinguished • Jesus way is to repair and not discard! • We may therefore go to him for help and know that he died and lives to dispense healing grace. • How does he do this healing & binding up? • Through his word • Through his people • Jesus wants us to partner with him in this care and healing ministry. • Let’s be guided by grace rather than law. • He will not stop this until we get to heaven
