Systematic Implementation Evaluation • Teens Leading & Connecting- summer camp program designed to increase participants’ level of civic engagement and social capital in their communities. • Methods • Direct Observation • Survey • Youth Program Quality Assessment used to assess the quality of the program at the time of delivery based on areas of interest. • Findings: • Program was implemented with quality and fidelity.
