COST OF FUNDS • CoF is lesser for BOB as they pay lesser interest on their deposits (discussed earlier) • For BOB, the CoF increased due to difficulty in garnering funds during downturn • For Canara, it decreased as the borrowings increased manifold compared to the interest.
