  3. 依據 basement • 行政院於91年訂頒「營造英語生活環境行動方案」 • 行政院研考會於92年8月訂定「優質英語生活環境評核獎勵要點」 • 本局為研考會指定參加「95年度營造優質英語生活環境評獎」機關

  4. 目的goal • 「消防國際化」及「消防服務無國界」 • 不只是打火 (more than a fire fighter) • 身為消防人不可不知的三大任務： 1.火災預防 (Fire Prevention) 2.災害搶救 (Disaster Rescue) 3.緊急救護 (Emergency Medical Service)

  5. 英文的重要性 why we should learn it? • 英文不好的阿呆第一次出國，要填寫很多英文表格，當阿呆看到 「sex」(性別) 這一欄的時候，在心中猶豫掙扎了一番，最後鼓起勇氣寫下了… three times a week!! (一個禮拜三次)

  6. 禮儀manners • 微笑是國際共通語言(just smile) Please smile when you answer the phone and the caller will feel your amiability. • 專業形象(professional image) Please do not overreact! Remember you work as a professional fire fighter. Let the caller explain his/her problems without interruption. Take notes.
