The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) allocated, based on Decision (D.) 10-01-022, $25 Million for incentives intended to promote the installation of gas-displacing SWH systems on qualifying low-income single-family and multifamily residences in PG&E, SoCalGas, and SDG&E service territories. What is the CSI-Thermal Low Income Program?
