  3. Each time the tile is stepped on the slab depresses up to 5mm. 95% of the energy is stored in the battery while the other 5% powers the light on top. How does it Work?

  4. The green portion of the tile is made of recycled tires. • Light is provided by “Advanced LED’s Ltd.” • LED technology is vibration resistant • Up to 50,000 hrs. (~20 yr life) • Low power • Cost Effective Even the design is environmentally friendly

  5. Busy walkways can generate up to 2.1 watts of electricity per hour 5 tiles placed over a well-worn sidewalk would create enough energy to power a bus stop going all night Currently being tested in East London Application
