The solid waste facility permit prohibits the acceptance of liquid waste sludge. An approximate 250 gallon propane tank was adjacent to the metal roll-off box. A three gallon yellow cylinder near the metal roll-off box had a pressure gauge indicating the tank was still pressurized and observed at the ¼ filled mark. The metal plates installed on top of the drainage grate had not been removed in anticipation of current wet weather event.
