  4. Speak User’s Language Once you press the button in the center, a feedback button appears that loads your settings. “Coloring flowers…” or “Picking berries…” or “Sprinkling dew” appears. This gives the user feedback on the amount of time they have to wait for the settings to load.

  16. Conclusion • Picnik.com follows Nielson’s Heuristics: It has simple and natural dialogue, speaks users’ language, minimizes user memory load, is consistent, provides feedback, has clearly marked exits, and prevents errors. • Overall, the site is user-friendly and easy to navigate
