1. Police Combat Training Center Chinese People’s Public Security University （CPPSU） April 2012

2. The CPPSU Police Combat Training Center includes the Police Tactic Training Stadium and Analog Blocks, which were built in September, 2006,and cover the total area of 55,500 square meters. The Stadium 19,900 square meters and the Analog Blocks, 35.6 square meters.

5. The Stadium contains 6 floors, including the Observation Hall, Integrated Command Centre, Interactive Shooting Range, the Training for Police Defensive Control, Moot Court, Moot Theatre, Computer Classroom, Multi-media classroom, etc. and altogether 86 stimulated training scenes.

6. The Sixth Floor The sixth floor of the stadium is equipped with the observation hall, anteroom, equipment room, covering 620 square meters, mainly for the police training observation.

9. The fifth floor of the stadium includes the Integrated Command Centre, the engine room and two computer rooms. Among which the Integrated Command Center occupies the area of 940 square meters, responding for the police training and teaching on the Alarming Command and Control, Emergency Command, Police Intelligence and Information Transformation, Investigation and Evidence Collection on Cases of Financial Fraud, Commanding Planning, Intelligence Access and Analysis.

The Integrated Commanding Centre The Integrated Commanding Centre and its application system includes: the Large Screen Display System, Three-in-one Alarming Command and Control System, TV Monitoring System, Trunking Communication System, Digital Platform for Tactical Training, Professional Training system and other assistance systems.

13. The fourth floor has the Image Interaction Shooting Range, the Training room for Police Defensive Control, Physical Training room, covering the overall area of 2,550 square meters. The Image Interaction Shooting Range has 760 square meters, conducting combat scenario training; the training room for Police Defensive Control occupies 1,570 square meters, conducting the defensive and control training to the students.

14. Image Interactive Shooting Range The Image Interactive Shooting Range consists of 4 shooting rooms, 75 observation seats. The Image Scene Shooting training, the interactive combating shooting training and precise positioning shooting training can be conducted. These trainings are aimed to teach the students how to correctly use the police equipment, to respond to the criminal behaviors properly and improve the comprehensive processing capabilities.

18. The Third Floor The third floor has Tuanhe People’s Court (Moot Court), 4 multi-media classrooms, the guidance room, the adjusting room, the observation corridor, covering 1,288 square meters.

Moot Court • The moot court covers the construction area of 280 square meters, including the presiding judge seats, the persecutor seats, the clerk seats, the suspect seats, Agent ad litem seats, the witness seats and 135 observers’ seats. The second floor constitutes of the simulation training scenarios such as the residential apartments, hotel rooms, restaurants, the entertainments etc. covering the total area of 1,840 square meters. The typical moot training rooms comprise the Muzi Fitness Center, the Blue Moon KTV, South Beauty Hotel, Jinding Snooker Hall, the subway tickets hall, People’s Theater (moot), the multi-media classrooms, the simulated roof, a total of 27.

31. The Policing Analog Blocks consist of two parts of ground and underground buildings. The ground includes the Finance Plaza, Administrative Building, the Public Security Building, the Cultural and Education Building, the Times Plaza, Commercial Street, Walking Street, Residential Area ( Tianyuan Apartment building, Rongze Building), the religious area, covering the total area of 12,000 square meters. The policing Analog Blocks are mainly used for the police tactic and commanding training.

33. The Finance Plaza The Finance Plaza is a two-storey building, 893 square meters. The south part first floor is a bank, diving into the parts of Teller area, large rooms, offices, trading floors and such simulated facilities as the counter and treasury. 45. The Whole-weather Simulated Training Field is located on the first basement, covering 1,000 square meters, which is well equipped with the whole-weather simulation systems. The natural phenomena such as the sound, light, thunder, lightening, rain, fog etc. can be simulated. Combined with the sound-and-light effect of the vehicle, lights and people, strengthening the realistic sense of the training process, helping the trainees try to involve in the law enforcement training as soon as possible, improving the training quality. 47. The Psychological and Behavioral Training Field is situated in the east of the analog blocks, covering 1,800 square meters. According to the different training subjects, the training field is divided into the ground training filed and the space training filed. The ground field includes the subjects of 4-meter wall climbing, the cylindrical tunnel and trust buttock training, aiming to build the team spirit and coordinating capabilities. The space training includes the air bridge, the rainbow bridge and the giant ladder, etc. in order to promote the psychological adjustment, increase self-control and self-management skills.
