  4. Cognitive • Misperceptions and misinterpretations lead to Abnormal Behavior.

  5. Behavioral • All observable actions are learned. • Irrational thought and behaviors are reinforced.

  6. Socio-Cultural • Dysfunctional society • Society and culture define what is normal behavior.

  7. Biomedical • Abnormal brain function. • Chemical imbalance.
