Sponsorship • Several new sponsors: • Suncor Energy - $5k • Trios College ($ TBD) • Christie Digital Systems - $1k • Canadian Armed Forces • Bruce Power - $5k • OCEPP* • Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) - $3k • Invoices Sent to all SMP’s • Yuree has contacted all sponsor’s from Guelph

Logistics • Facilities on-campus booked • Davis Centre & Institute for Quantum Computing • RCH (Main lecture halls) • DWE/Tatham Centre* • EIT – 4 lecture halls • Meals: • Friday, Saturday Dinners @ Delta • Saturday Breakfast @ Delta • Saturday Lunch Food Services/Subway – TBD • Sunday Breakfast – TDB (Hotel or Tim Hortons) * Tatham Centre pending – DWE booked as backup

Logistics – Cont’d • ESSCO Member societies notified of dates and registration deadlines – Bulletin #1 released. • Deadline 1: January 8, 2010 (Fees & #’s) • Deadline 2: January 17, 2010 (Names/Details) • Online Registration Setup, pending financial approval from provider (credit card payment) • Quotes for bussing service in from 3 providers – contract to be signed this week

  7. Competitions • New VP Competitions: Scott Greenberg • Video-conference with directors last week. • Have drafts from Junior Design, Senior Design and debate • Application Received for consulting director

  8. Website/Graphics/Etc • New website design online • Recruited director to take over content management/updates • New volunteer/director to oversee graphics/signage/etc – Jennifer Wong
