Nourish to Flourish: The Good Food Box Initiative

"The Good Food Box program by Courtney Molloy aims to empower marginalized Calgarians by teaching nutritious meal preparation, budgeting skills, and providing access to fresh, affordable produce. Delivering monthly to various depots, the initiative supports adults, children, and families in need to eat healthier at a lower cost, promoting long-term healthy eating habits. Operating with top-quality produce sourced directly from farmers, the program relies on bulk purchases and volunteer efforts. Through expanding depots monthly, the initiative is creating a movement to address hunger and poverty in the community."
