  4. Dog-walking • Take dogs to playground • Pet them • Play with them • Pick up after them • ‘train’ them • Unlimited numbers • Multiple times • Additional training session

  5. Cat socialization • Inside activity • Pet them • Feed them • Unlimited numbers

  6. Special events • Examples • Mobile adoption • Dog shows (Harbor Town) • Fund raisers • Limited numbers • Specific dates / times • Advance commitment required

  7. Special projects • Anything required by Humane Society • Advance coordination • Requires groups

General Information • Volunteer orientation (mandatory) • 1stWednesday (October 1, 2008) 6:00 pm • 3rd Saturday (October 18, 2008) 10:00 am • Dog-walking orientation • Volunteer application • Costs • $5.00 for a shirt (everyone) • $8.00 for a leash (dog-walkers only) • Leashes provided on Sunday (4pm-8pm)
