Updating Your Profile • Go to website administration site: http://admin.fremonths.org
Updating Your Profile Enter your username[username = first initial last name with no spaces or capital letters]example: troseandpassword[initial password = employee number] example: 786345 • Click Login • On left hand side of window locate Home. Under Home locate My Account and click on Change My Password. • Enter your new password and confirm it.
Updating Your Profile • Click on Update My Profile. • Enter any additional information to your profile that you wish. Note: • With the exception of your email address, the information you provide for your profile will be listed on your web page. Your email address will never be viewable on the website as a matter of privacy.
Setting Up Your Classes. • After you have updated your profile, locate the link on the left hand side of your screen labeled Classes/Homework. • Choose the correct term: Fall 2006 • Click on the correct Department.
Setting Up Your Classes. • Click on the button Add Class • Enter the following information in: • Section 1.Setup : Class Name, Class Code (optional), Class Section (optional), Term, Location (room), Teacher • Section 2. Text (optional): Brief description of class. Click on rich formatting for formatting options. • Section 3. Link (optional): This area is used when you want to direct the visitor to a particular website. After you have typed in the web address, make sure you click on the word Test to verify that the web address is accurate.
Setting Up Your Classes. • Click on the button Add Class(continued) • Section 4.Attach files or pictures At this point you can add files or pictures to your website. Click on browse, locate the file/picture, the file/picture will automatically upload to the website (repeat as often as desired) • Section 5.Final Step. Click Save.
Adding Homework • Click on Classes/Homework • Click on your department • Click on the class you wish to work with • Click on Add Homework • Complete: • Due Date information • Homework Description • Final Step (Save) • Repeat for each assignment
