Mississippi Association for Gifted Children • Every parent of a gifted child is a member. • Please complete the MAGC forms before leaving so we can submit your names. • http://magcweb.org/ is where you may access the web for up-to-date information regarding gifted education. • Monthly newsletters may be accessed from the home page.

  7. Quiz Bowl Club While a member of quiz bowl, students will compete academically among the coastal schools in areas that range from core subject areas to fairy tales and more! Interested students should be able to commit to twice a month practices. We do understand that some dates will conflict with other extra curricular activities. A t-shirt design contest for quiz bowl members will be held. The deadline for submission of designs will be Sept. 15th.

  8. IDEAS T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST Students have been working to design a new IDEAS t-shirt this year. If you purchased one last year, your child may still wear it this year. However, a new design will be chosen soon.

  9. Thank you very much for attending. Please see Ms. Suzy Scott if you would like to make a $5 donation to the CMS Parents with IDEAS account. (Money is used for class projects, field trips, and prizes for which students redeem points earned in class.) Please see Mrs. Wood if you are interested in purchasing a gifted window decal for your car.
