Healthy Life for your Child • The program is dedicated to children at age 6 -7 years, who start school education (in part of diagnosis) • The program is dedicated to parents (in part of education) • 3 000 children participate in the program with their parents every year • About 80% population of children in Gdańsk at age 6 - 7 years participate in the program • The program aim isto prepare an individual Health Plan (as a result of the diagnosed needs)
