Todays Situation • Training done informalywithin each department. • No official onsite job training. • New employees not properly educated about goals, procedures, and expeckctationsof the company.
How Did We Get Here? • Company used to be small enouhghthat extensive training program was unneceessary. • Company growing rapidly need to integrate new employees smothly. • Computer clases are mandatori as part of the new polisies.
Available Options • Hire a person to coordinate a company training program. • Advantage: Training would be more comprejensive. • Disadvantage: Time and expense of iringand paying program coordinator.
