  5. 1513– Technology Transfer Offices Support Program TTO Support Model A new insight into technology transfer Entrepreneurship Services Support for Grant Programs (Nat./Int.) Management of IPR, Licencing and Commercialization University - Industry Collaboration • Development of culture of carrying out R&D projects • Empowerment of university-industry collaborations • Commercialization of R&D results

  6. 1513– Technology Transfer Offices Support Program In 2 years 20 Universities - 20 Million TL grant • Up to 10 million TL support for each university • TTO concept is introduced into universities • New TTOs are established, current TTOs are renewed • 10 TTOs-251 R&D projects with 160 Million TL budget (2013) Call Result (2013) Call Result (2012)

  8. 1602 – TÜBİTAK Patent Support Program Examination support and award for patent applications • National Patent Applications to TPE: • Support for research and examination reports • Support for patent agent • Award for registered patents: 3.000 TL • International Patent Applications to WIPO, EPO, USPTO and JPO • Support for examination reports • Award for registered patents: 10.000 TL • Easier support application • Online application process 1956 Domestic Patents, 244 PCT Applications have been supported (2014)
