  2. Basics of the Plan • 11 part Bill • Wants to return economic prominence to the world • Create an environment with real jobs • Return America to the top • Hayek approach

Point 2:cut spending and Government Point 1:Repatriation • Wants to cut taxes for corporations to zero until December 31 • After that date raise it to 5% • Stop outsourcing and bring jobs to America • Increase value of the dollar • Extra money in economy • Cut federal spending • Get out of quasi-government such as “Fannie and Freddie” • Cut government jobs and salary • Government jobs “Devalue the dollar and steal capitol from the private sector”

Point 4:cut taxes Point 3:Repeal Obama Care • Unconstitutional to take over health care • Get rid of Medicare and Medicaid and get one single health system • Repeal obamacare • Fix the alternative minimum tax • Eliminate death tax • Make cooperate tax codes simpler and fairer • Bring back cooperation's from over seas

  5. Point 6: LEGALIZE AMERICAN ENERGY PRODUCTION AND AMERICA'S NATURAL RESOURCES. Point 5:REPEAL THE JOBS AND HOUSING DESTRUCTION ACT, ALSO KNOWN AS DODD-FRANK • This law made it harder for American to obtain credit-must be repealed • Lots of new rules • This law was written by people who do not know business • For all these reason it must be repealed • Create 1.4 billion jobs • By increasing domestic energy supplies • Bring energy Production back to America

Point 8:Increase Exports Point 7:REPEAL JOB KILLING REGULATIONS. • Repeal the laws that cripple small business owners • Must stop the regulation that makes it hard for the economy to grow • Must help the small business • President favors big labor and has it in his part to increase exports • Show the world that America is open for business

  7. Point 10: PAVE A PATHWAY FOR INNOVATION. Point 9:UNLEASH AMERICAN INVESTMENT • Eliminate unnecessary tax and regulation • Expand trade • Create incentive for investment in America • We should have more need to innovate, good statement but no tangible ideas.

  8. Point 11:ENFORCE AMERICAN IMMIGRATION LAWS. • Cost billions of dollars when we fail to enforce immigration laws • Preserve national security • Curve the unfair strain on the job markets

  9. Who will Benefit? • Republicans • Tea-Party • People with money • Corparations

How to publicize • I would publicize this plan by giving a precise explanation of what the plan entails. • I would have a website with all the details in the plan just as she does with hers at the moment • I would also try to have radio/TV session that would allow me ample time to explain what the plan is and how it will work.

  11. Criticism • That most of the steps say the same thing • No new ideas, just taking away what Obama put in place • Does not fully explain what it is that she wishes to do • Not all of the points in the plan make sense

  12. How to pass this legislation • Since this plan is all about undoing what President Obama has done as someone who wants to get heir bill pass I would get all the people that were angry about Obamacare on my side. • Also I would make sure to get interest groups such as the Tea party and the Republican Party • A lot of people are angry with Obama care so I would use public opinion to get an advantage to get the bill passed and get the bills repealed.
