  1. Andrew holy day ANDRZEJKI – dzień świętego Andrzeja

  2. St. Andrew's Apostle - were originally a celebration typically female - boys and men tell a few days earlier, 24.11. during „katarzynek”. Currently present at the meeting are the people of both sexes. Andrzej Holy is the patron of Scotland, Greece and Russia. In Poland, celebrating St. Andrew's 29 November. Andrzejki - pierwotnie były świętem typowo żeńskim - chłopcy i mężczyźni wróżyli sobie kilka dni wcześniej 24.11. podczas katarzynek. W Polsce obchodzimy andrzejki 29 listopada.

  3. Andrew's Predictions Andrzejkowe wróżby

  4. - pouring wax into a bowl of water. This prediction consists in pouring molten wax into the bowl of cold water. Wax is being poured, according to the tradition, through the keyhole; - draw. Up to small mugs we are putting the ring, the rosary, the doll, coal, money, the bay leaf and a little salt. Every object is determining something else, e.g. salt – tears, coal – frequent illness; - throw with shoe. We are throwing the shoe for ourselves, if the shoe falls down to the ground with tip turned towards the door – means the near marriage. There is still a lot more prediction, however the ones they are most popular and they are pleasing the most. Because it is just about it – for the play, predictions aren't a divination and it isn't necessary in not to believe, it is a form of entertainment. - lanie wosku. - rzut butem.
