  1. Extra Clean Maids New Associate Training

  2. Appearance Standards Wear company shirt and clean khakis. Wear comfortable shoes, preferably solid black or white. If hair is longer than shoulder length, secure in ponytail. Extra Clean Maids

  3. General Standards Please exhibit quiet and calm behavior, especially if the client is at home. No yelling from room to room. Turn off cell phones and pagers until you leave the client’s location. No eating in a client’s home; drink water only.

  4. Kitchen and Bath Standards Wipe all surfaces and appliances. Vacuum floor. Wipe or mop floor. Clean sinks and other receptacles. Empty trash containers and replace bags/liners. Complete in 60 minutes or less.

  5. Standards for Other Rooms Dust all surfaces and lampshades. Dust blinds once monthly. Vacuum floors and upholstered furniture thoroughly. Mop once monthly if applicable. Do not dispose of newspapers or magazines unless requested by the client.
