Bench Press • Upper Body Lift • Focus on Chest, Arms, and Back • Placing Weight in Both Hands and Push Up • Need a Spotter Just to Be Safe
Squat • Weight on Your “Shoulder Rack”- Pinching Shoulder Blades to Make a Natural Rack • Weight on Heels • Squatting Down Till Parallel
Dead Lift • Start in a Squatting Position • Grab Bar With a Flat Back • Push Trough Heels and Pull Up • Make Sure Not to Use All Back
Pull-UpsNormal Grip • Grip the Bar With Both Hand • Pull Your Body Till Your Chin is Up and Over the Bar • Slowly Go Down Till You Cannot Go Anymore
Pull-UpsHammer Grip • Grab the Two Bars Like a Hammer • Pull Yourself All the Way Up Till Your Chin is Over the Bar • Slowly Go Back Do Till Your Arms Are fully Extended • Repeat Process Till You Cannot Go Anymore
Power Shrugs • Grab the Bar Like a Dead Lift • Use Your Body to Pull the Bar Up to Your Chest • Then Shrug Your Shoulders to get the Full Affect
