Mission The OSGeo Ottawa Chapter exists to : • Provide support for local users of Open Source Geospatial software. • Promote the goals and projects of the Open Source Geospatial Foundation. • Focus on the National Capital Region around Ottawa with • Provide networking, support and educational opportunities to the local members.

  4. Meetings • Ingredients: • A pub with a private room • LCD projector and screen • A 30 to 60 minute presentation • Food, Beer, Stories, Lies • Attendees • Private companies (open source and proprietary) • Google / PCI / Waypoint / DM Solutions / Autodesk / Contractors / Ingres … • Government • NGOs (Ottawa Bicycle Club / Centre for Sustainable Watersheds) • Education (faculty, students) • OGC Conference Attendees (2007)
