IP Transit via Russia • IP transit demand is fast growing segment, CAGR 130% in 2006 - 2010 • Russia generates 75% of total international IP uplinks in CIS • ~ 50% of CIS uplinks (excluding Russia) go through Russia • Geographically IP traffic is focused to: • Russia ~ 60 - 75% • Europe ~ 25 - 35% • Others < 3 - 5% 2 2

  3. TTK Network • European IP up-streams230 Gbps (February 2011) • Major CIS interconnections: • Ukraine– 35 Gbps • Belorussia – 25 Gbps • Kazakhstan – 25 Gbps • Azerbaijan – 10 Gbps 3

TTK Capabilities • Today TTK offers both IP transit and clear channels from the Russian border to majorEuropean destinations: • London • Amsterdam • Frankfurt • Stockholm • Capacity – up to 10GE or 10G • Total transit TTK capabilities are exceeded 1 Tbps in Central Russia due to implementation of10& 40G DWDM systems and development 10GEIP MPLS > 1 Tbps 4
